In addition, because all customers are running the same version of the software, RMI has been able to perfect standard implementation processes that allow our customers to configure and deploy our solutions rapidly and effectively.
RMI maintains redundant data centers to ensure that our customer’s critical data is not only securely stored and backed up, but also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The SaaS business model has enabled RMI and its customers to dramatically reduce our collective carbon footprint by greatly reducing the number of servers, power supplies, routers, air conditioners, and related data center equipment required to process over 8 million carloads, 1,450,000 intermodal lifts, 2,000,000 signal inspections, and over 145,000,000 EDI transactions annually.
RMI maintains a SAS 70 Level II report annually, which verifies that the company employs a high level of internal controls in the processing and safeguarding of our customer’s data.
