RMI’s Professional Services team is dedicated to ensuring that our customer’s software implementations are efficient and effective, and that customers receive the ongoing best practices support they require to maximize the effectiveness of our solutions.

We start by working with your team to identify areas for improvement and to formulate a plan for improving your software procedures. As part of this process, we conduct a thorough review of your master files and tables and make any necessary changes for you.  In some cases, we will also set up automated reports and alerts so that you can continually monitor your operation and optimize your processes. 

Once the initial changes have been implemented, we prepare a customized procedure document that clearly describes what was accomplished and how to maintain the systems properly going forward.

If you need substantial updates in the way you use our systems, RMI’s Professional Services staff will work closely with your team onsite to establish the best practices that allow you to realize the full benefits of our software.
