RMI Signs New Five-Year Agreement with Genesee & Wyoming Inc.  GWI Renews Commitment to Using RMI’s RailConnect Suite of Services

Atlanta, GA – March 1, 2010 -- RMI, the largest independent provider of comprehensive rail information services to the transportation industry, announced today it has reached a new five-year agreement with Genesee & Wyoming Inc. (GWI) for the continued use of RMI’s RailConnect suite of services by GWI’s North American operations.

GWI, the second largest operator of short line and regional freight railroads in North America based on track miles, has been using RMI services for over 20 years. RailConnect is a comprehensive decision support system that provides intelligent automation of railroad operational and accounting functions. GWI uses RailConnect modules such as Business Intelligence, Mobile Crew (mCrew) reporting and ShipperConnect, RMI’s customer web portal for shippers.
